Quality Control

M&T Machining has adopted a strict quality control system, satisfying our customers certification programs. Incoming material is inspected and tracked right through the manufacturing process. At every operation both the machine operator and another qualified person conduct a first-off inspection. When machining processes are complete there is a final dimensional inspection done prior to any finishing process. Upon completion of the finishing processes there is a further final inspection. Lastly, all finished goods are labeled with a work-order number to ensure full traceably of the product, and carefully packed. We believe in doing it right the first time, on time, all the time.
